The Corporate Strategy Team is defining and leading the strategic agenda of Opella and plays a key role in the success of its implementation.

Below a non-exhaustive list of activities, the intern will be exposed to:

  • Medical intelligence: supporting the team in collecting information on external medical & safety trends and best practices, as well as competitor scientific and medical innovations.

Project management:

  • Meeting coordination: scheduling/assisting in setting up meetings, supporting on the agenda, taking minutes, supporting on live meetings for both Medical Community calls and GMPV (Global Medical and Pharmacovigilance) Review meetings.
  • Project monitoring: KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking such as milestones and deadlines.
  • Design & creativity: making visually appealing presentations, reports, and other materials for showcasing the teamwork.

About you:

  • Master 1 or Master 2 in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Engineering or Marketing with science knowledge) preferred
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft pack office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Some knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (appreciated)
  • Previous exposure to the consumer healthcare or consumer goods industry (appreciated)

  • Good communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional organization with diverse team
  • Good level in English (French is plus)
