Where is the Position?

The position is located in Cavite, in the Philippines, in a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.

Which missions will you lead?

As a Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating organizational change. Key aspects of the job include: Leading and oversee and lead the implementation of complex transition projects transitions and change initiatives within an organization. Developing comprehensive transition plans and strategies. The main missions will be:
  • Planning: Creating and executing transition plans, including timelines, tasks, and resources.
  • Communication: Managing stakeholder relationships through communication, negotiation, and issue management.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports and dashboards and tracking and following up with stakeholders for timely updates.
  • Training: Providing training and support to staff during transition periods.
  • Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the progress of transitions and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Documentation: Maintaining records of transition efforts, both successful and unsuccessful.
  • Governance: Establishing appropriate governance for the project.
  • Resource management: Identifying, allocating, and managing resources.

Profil recherché

What are the qualifications we are looking for?

Education: Master’s degree in Finance/Corporate Finance/Business.

Work experience: 1–2 years of experience in finance, management of financial project or related field.

Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; experience with talent management tools or HRIS is a plus.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) , facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Project management and organization skills.
Requested languages: Fluent English.
