Where is the Position?The position is located in Dubai Silicon Oasis, in United Arab Emirates in Middle East of Asia, in a multicultural team within dynamic & challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As HR Project Coordinator , you will be a part of HR Power Systemes Commercial team play. You will have a key role in supporting our operational activities, ensuring data quality, and providing valuable insights through metrics analytics. The main missions will be :
- Assist in metrics analytics and generate reports to provide insights for decision-making.
- Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion and accountability.
- Coordinate Sounding Board activities, including scheduling meetings and preparing materials.
- Collect and organize data for People Committees and track progress on various initiatives.
- Prepare for meetings by gathering necessary data and creating presentations.
- Manage workforce planning coordination and data collection for analysis.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy in all HR-related activities.
- Submit and manage HR tickets for operational activities.
- Support in roundtable discussions for the PS Leadership Team by preparing topics and following up on actions.
- Assist with operational activities related to HR campaigns.
Profil recherché
What are the qualifications we are looking for?Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work experience: 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, HR metrics and Analytics, Talent Management or related field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an ability to manage competing priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ; experience with talent management tools or HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) , facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
