Where is the Position?This position is based in Szigetszentmiklós, Hungary, in the Eastern Europe, within a multicultural team in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Which missions will you lead?
As a Order Management Specialist, you will help organize and manage processing operations of all incoming orders from customers and support the CCC and Business Unit. Your main missons will be :
- Follow up Order Execution (EDI, delivery creation, shipment…) /portfolio/KPI’s of service & Handling customer claim request
- Reporting main KPIs (OTDS/C, CCL, BOL, NOR, LOQ…) to customers & Participation in SIM
- Ensure respect of SLA and customize as needed
- Be the SPOC of the customer to forward VOC to internal team
- Propose and participate on new improvements
- Participate in visit and/or consultation of customers and front offices to understand the different logistics solution needs, priorities and expectations per customer segment
- Handling urgencies / critical request and returns / Quality request follow up
Profil recherché
What are the qualifications we are looking for?Education: Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Sales
Work experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Management or Sales (internship/apprenticeship included)
Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with structured and service-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.

- Ability to work effectively under deadlines and during busy periods.
- Open-minded, flexible, and sociable personality.
- Quick adaptability to new environments.
