Missions
As HR Project Manager, you will enable the global People strategy of the Secure Power Division by supporting its Talent plan and other various HR topics. Your main missions will be:1. Supports Talent Management programs and initiatives, and especially:
- Early Career Fast Track (ECFT) – workshops, relocations, process improvement…
- Edison Campaign (technical experts) – jury process and talents recognition
- Global Top Talents (GTP) pool
3. Runs punctual analysis to empower Secure Power’s HR Team on topics of Organizational Efficiency, Diversity and Inclusion, etc.
4. Supports other HR projects according to needs and environment evolution
Profil recherché
Education: Master’s degree in human resources or social sciences (and ambition to explore HR roles and career in the future) .Work experience:
- Internship or apprenticeship (with similar experience in HR) .
- Experience of travelling (and ideally living) abroad, enthusiasm for foreign experience.
Requested languages:
- English full professional capacity
- Good level of Spanish would be a plus
- Interest in talent and career development topics
- Organization skills, ability to monitor several projects at the same time with different stakeholders, ability to meet deadlines
- Cultural sensitivity and international mindset
- Humility, able to get on with others, team player
