Description de l'emploi :

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Project Leader (m/f) for our System Engineering area to join our System Methods & Tools team (M&T) based in Toulouse, France.

As part of the Systems M&T department, you will be involved in putting in place measures to ensure digital continuity and ensure consistency with other solutions developed by our team aiming at improving efficiency of system engineering departments.

Your challenges:

  • Define and drive the master plan roadmap and the detailed schedules
  • Be connected to the state of the art in order to verify the utilization or reuse of the most appropriate solutions at the most appropriate cases to maximize value creation.
  • Adapt to, and promote, new ways of working whenever relevant, in collaboration with business users, architects and cybersecurity specialists , in order to promote security by design & data compliance in a closed-loop continuous development approach.
  • Identify the stakeholder for the M&T to be developed and capture their needs and expectations.
  • Elicit and validate requirements whilst considering the complete system lifecycle.
  • Design and define possible solutions, in collaboration with IS/IT specialists, considering the functions and other requirements (constraints) .
  • Lead M&T modeling using appropriate modeling methods and tools.

Your boarding pass:

  • Strong Project management experience in both agile and waterfall, certification or experience in hybrid frameworks is a plus. We are particularly interested in core PM competences such as cost, schedule, EVM, risk & opportunity, supplier management, lessons learnt & recommendations, structure, governance, execution with metrics
  • Experience in driving digital development
  • Experience in safety or system design is a plus
  • Experience in managing change or transformation is a plus
  • Very good stakeholder management, listening, negotiation, conflict management and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt fast to new environment, including new technologies
  • Strong team player
  • Degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • Advanced level of English & French - German will be appreciated
