What you will do:
As part of our dynamic international People team, you will support our Talent Acquisition efforts across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a tech-driven, mission-led company.
- Source and screen top talent for roles across Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, Engineering, and more.
- Conduct CV reviews and initial phone interviews, and organise the full recruitment cycle in close collaboration with Hiring Managers.
- Maintain a well-organised and up-to-date pipeline in our ATS (Greenhouse) .
- Contribute to creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Liaise with hiring managers to coordinate interviews and support decision-making.
- Work closely with the broader HR team to support our recruitment goals and employer brand.
- Take part in ongoing projects and initiatives to continuously improve how we attract and engage talent.
Profil recherché
You are fluent in both French and English.You are eligible for a VIE contract (EU citizen, aged 18–28, first-time VIE) .
You have recently graduated or are in the final stages of your studies, ideally with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields.
You are a natural communicator and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
You are curious, eager to learn, and excited about international business and HR practices.
You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Previous experience in recruitment (e.g. internship, university project, or part-time role) either in-house or in an agency setting.
Interest in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations.
