Missions
As part of the Saint-Gobain Group, Gyproc Ireland is seeking a Process Engineer VIE to optimise all production processes, to achieve the best quality and performance standards within Saint-Gobain and GYPROC around the areas of Availability, Yield and Manufacturing efficiencies.This involves focused problem-solving using WCM/Lean approach and networking with Group Experts in the areas of mixing and forming, drying, and quality.
As a VIE, your main role will consist in:

Profil recherché
If you recognise yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- Master's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) .
- A first experience in a manufacturing or process engineering environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with knowledge of WCM, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies; some knowledge of FMEA or PFMEA or Design of Experiments is also nice to have.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to various stakeholders.
- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- You have a good level of written English (C1 required) . Our Irish team is excellent at accommodating individuals who don't speak English as a first language, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
