Missions
As a VIE, come join Saint-Gobain Construction Products Netherlands BV. in Etten-Leur and contribute to our need to speed up the development of our process to stay competitive.As a Process Engineer VIE, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and optimizing process plans and leading process projects and improvement team;
- Supporting the operational teams with complex issues by leveraging data analysis and professional knowledge, using the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology; the focus will be in the fields of automation/control and energy technology;
- Participating in and leading project teams that work on more complex problems and you are the initiator of WCM improvement teams (TPM, Kaizens) ;
- In addition to technical optimization and improvements, you are initiating the realization of work processes and organizational improvements;
- You will also be working alongside colleagues in the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement and implementation Teams.
This is a 12-month mission, extendable once
Profil recherché
If you recognize yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- You hold an Engineering degree (in the General, Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical field)
- You have a first experience in an industrial environment and know the basics of mechanics
- You are familiar with some quality management methods such as Lean or Six Sigma
- Some knowledge in the field of control technology such as PLC programming (S7 and TIA portal) and adjusting control circuits would be nice to have
- You have an analytical mindset
- You are hands-on and proactive, and like to be on the field
- You can easily communicate with various stakeholders
- You have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
- You are Fluent in English; Dutch language courses will be offered by Saint-Gobain
