Missions
The main role:As a Process Engineer VIE, your main responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible for developing and optimizing Process plans and leading Process projects and the improvement Team;
- Supporting the operational teams with complex issues by using data analysis and professional knowledge (the process is done using the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology) . The focus is on the field of control of process and chemical technology;
- Participating in and leading project teams that work on complex problems and being the initiator/participant of WCM improvement teams (TPM, Kaizens) ;
- In addition to technical optimization and improvements, being an initiator to realize work processes and organizational improvements;
- Working alongside with colleagues in the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement and implementation teams.
This is a 12 month-mission, extendable once.
Profil recherché
If you recognize yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- You hold an Engineering degree (General or Chemical)
- You have a first experience in an industrial environment and have an affinity with the process industry
- You have some knowledge of chemical processes (techniques, liquid flows, pumps, spray…)
- You are hands-on and proactive, and like to be on the field
- You can easily communicate with various stakeholders
- You have an enthusiastic, positive attitude
- You are Fluent in English; Dutch language courses will be offered by Saint-Gobain during your VIE mission.
