Essential responsibilities
- Work closely with BG MD to deploy key people processes like Talent Review, Performance Management (STAR) , DE&I, Engagement and retention at global level
- Support in designing, conducting talent reviews at global, regional level for regions and functions
- Prepare, key talent and organization reports, analytics
- Support through co-ordination of key initiatives for the business group with regional HR teams
- Design key internal employee communication and publish using various communication channels
- Actively participate in deployment of global communication forums like GMC (Global Management Committee
Profil recherché
Desired candidate profile- Masters degree in Human Resources discipline. Previous experience in HR will be advantageous
- Strong English communication skills – Reading / writing and speaking.

- Good skills to use MS Office tools – Excel / Powerpoint and word
