erformance/productivities
- Help management to achieve Profit and lost . Manage DL productivities plans
- Support budget, Stategic plan …
- Tracking plant Direct labor performances
- Run workshop to support plant (Hoshin, Jishuken, SMED, automation project…)
- Diagnose and audit plant
- Coach and follow system deployment
- Develop and support specific activities to enhance FES deployment (pull system, shop floor governance…)
- Support digital deployment of shop floor management tool respecting Lean principle
- Implement, test, validate benchmark solution. Write standard, procedure, recommendation to be applied word wide.
- Ensure best practices collection (as example auto reject, change over tools…
- Run lean workshop to support plants (Hoshin, SMED, Jishuken….)
- Develop training package and run the training
- Communication to support FES EUROPE activities and accelerate FES throughout organization
- Animate FES EUR shareplaces
- Lead digital transformation of our plant facilities and division. Support all the initiatives in terms of Digital Solutions deployment in plants. Manage the change into plant to become digital. Initiative Program such as Model plant deployment of digital tool DMC, Mlean, Preactor NEO…
- Support digital saving and global road map
- Provide support/training to the plant to deploy digital tool and lead workshop
- Support data management usage to create value for the plant – (i.e Palentir)
- Propose change/improvement of digital tools in collaboration to Div/BG and group.
Profil recherché
- Master's degree in engineering, with passion for the lean manufacturing
- Good interpersonal relationship skills and trainer's skills - Autonomy, Flexibility
- First experience in Operations, especially in a international context, is a plus
- Minimum bilingual (English required)
