- Project 1 – Companions Networks
- Review the existing Safran Nacelles Group direct workforce development programme to design one for the UK speaking sites
- Lead collaboration with other Safran Nacelles colleagues
- Co-ordinate all activities to deploy the programme
- Project 2 – Inclusion & Diversity Strategy - Fly Together
- Develop the deployment of the Safran UK Inclusion and Diversity strategy on the Burnley site
- Ensure training is deployed for all managers and colleagues by the end of the year
- Support communication of chosen key events throughout the year
- Benchmark best practice organisations
- To support the HR department in delivering departmental objectives,
- The career management and talent development processes for the site
- Improvement projects such as 5S activity, idea generation and carbon
- Support with any additional ad hoc projects as may be required by the HR
- Day-to-day operational HR activities
- Identify & escalate any risks or concerns in relation to product or people
Profil recherché
Knowledge- Education/Knowledge & Experience
- Human Resources related Degree / HND, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Project management and process improvement skills
- Presentation Skills
- Experience of complex problem solving and the delivery of improvement
- Work with line managers / Senior Managers
- Represent Nacelles Limited by contributing and interacting with HR teams
- Excellent communication skills
- Good time, priority management skills
- Innovative and creative in approach
- Motivated by doing a good job, takes a lessons learnt approach
- Can work alone or in a team environment
- Accuracy in administration skills
