Entity Description
Within the Group Industrial Direction, the PMS - Digital and Data team contributes to leveraging the industrial data from our more than 1, 000 industrial sites worldwide to optimize our production processes, and provide the highest quality of service to our customers and patients.
Quelle sera votre contribution et comment vous épanouir dans ce poste ?
A vast amount of information is collected daily from Air Liquide’s production plants. Use of this data by Data Scientists and Data Analysts as well as AI algorithms offer a wealth of opportunities to better manage our industrial assets. However, even though the Data is organized and structured in Core Data Models, stored in one unique Data Lake, some silos remain between data sources that prevent us from getting more benefit from the data and generating more value.
The goal of the mission is to use modern data structurization methods to align and build the relationships between our various industrial data models.
During your internship/internship, you will be given the following main tasks:
- analyze the existing industrial sites data models (plant supervision data historization, assets management, maintenance, performance management, sustainability, and safety)
- propose advanced strategies to automatically establish bridges between the data sets and avoid manual data connections (including language models and others)
- develop and test algorithms to implement these strategies
You will interact with various business stakeholders (Solution Owners and Business Owners) in different geographies and also be at the interface between business and IT.
