Missions
Within SGSS Ireland, the V.I.E. will join the Fund Valuation Services (SGSS/FSO/FVS) department, part of the Fund Services Operations Division. The team is responsible for:(i) the accounting and valuation of collective investment schemes (UCITS, AIF, PERE funds)
(ii) financial, regulatory and tax reporting
Reporting to the Fund Processing Services (FPS) Head of Operations with strong interactions with senior management and the Risk & Compliance department, the future V.I.E.'s responsibilities will be (but not limited) to:
- Prepare NAV for investment funds
- Book and reconcile transactions
- Ensure all portfolio prices are correct and in line with the procedures & fund valuation policy
- Report & escalate issues to management promptly
- Interact with clients, brokers, banks when required
- Assist in the preparation and follow up of budgets
- Assist in the production of financial and regulatory reports
- Prepare activity & risk dashboards
- Attend meetings, prepare minutes and matters arising
- Follow action logs & projects liaising the management & project team
- Monitor regulatory changes
- Client invoicing
- Participate to projects as may be required
Profil recherché

Studies & experience:
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Business or Finance
- A previous experience in financial reporting and/or audit experience with knowledge of Irish GAAP, IFRS would be appreciated would be appreciated
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills

- Knowledge of PAYE / PRSI / VAT reporting an advantage
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work stand alone or as part of a team
