Missions
The VIE - Fund & Finance Project Manager is in charge of the implementation of events approved by the Amundi products committee and different others related tasks.The Product Implementation Officer brings a high level of expertise, has a strong autonomy and an excellent knowledge of the third party providers and the Group in the realization of his missions.
Starting date : 1st of May 2025
Duties and responsibilities:
Coordinate and plan with the various stakeholders (Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, Custodian, Middle Office, Portfolio Manager etc..) funds' launches and any others funds events modification (liquidation, merger, reshape, dividend distribution, fees change, etc.)
Critical reading of Amundi Luxembourg fund prospectus amendments
Sending the technical information needed to carry out the fund events
Daily monitoring of the smooth operations and proposal of corrective measures as needed
Advise management, marketing officers and product specialists on the technical and operational feasibility
Profil recherché
Profile required:- Graduate in a Masters degree in the field of finance, audit, accounting or economics;
- Experience in asset management, fund accounting, auditing, management control or any relevant experience is considered as an advantage;
- Good knowledge of Excel functions & self-intuitive in the use of the Internet and new technologies
- Interpersonal skills, ability to put things into perspective, anticipation, pragmatism, autonomy,
- Rigor and team spirit
- Fluent in English
