Valeo Light is the world leader in automotive lighting. From the latest interior and exterior lighting innovations to cutting-edge wiping technologies, the Light division offers innovative visibility systems with a distinctive style, improving safety and driving comfort.
The site of Le Hainaut based in Belgium belongs to VISION Division. We are looking for a VIE Industrial Management Controller - Product Line for 12 months.
Your challenges?
- You will be a member of the management control team at product line level.
- You will contribute to the medium-term planning, budgeting and reporting processes, and to the understanding and validation of financial performance
- You will ensure the reliability of the financial statements (compliance with MAF/IFRS rules)
- You will act as the interface between BG/PG/PL and Operations in terms of planning and deployment of tools, and support management control for the site.
- You will participate in, understand and challenge the monthly closing.
- You will provide management with an analysis of the monthly results (explaining variance against budget, month N-1 on all P&L and activity analysis lines) .
- You will consolidate financial performance (weekly reporting) , KPIs (Ext. and Int. Overdues, Internal Control) and Back on Track actions.
- You will contribute to the budget and medium-term planning processes (guidelines, recharges, standard models, etc.) .
- You will compare and standardise management control tools and carry out specific ad hoc analyses
- You will ensure the deployment of standard Group/BG/PG tools within PL
- You will contribute to the Group's ethics and compliance programme by applying and respecting Valeo's code of ethics and policies.
- You will access and validate the recording of orders taken on a monthly basis.
Profil recherché
Let’s talk about you…- You are graduated from a Master degree in Finance/ Management Controller
- You already have experience in management control, finance or auditing (ideally in the automotive field)
- You have a fluent level of English
- You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
- You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
