Missions
In the context of the growing Electric Vehicle market, our Chaineux plant is engaged in a major organizational and industrial transformation with the target to double its production capacity within the two upcoming years. This way, a new production line for the automotive market is being developed, and additional support to the Quality Department will be needed.As a VIE, you’ll be able to support the existing Quality & Process team for the Automotive business, by :
- Updating FMEAs process (PFMEA) ;
- Writing the control plans;
- Planning, monitoring, and analyzing the measurement systems (MSA) ;
- Monitoring and updating the test plans;
- Monitoring the validation of new equipment and drafting the associated procedures;
- Developing and implementing digital tools and online/offline measurement systems, closely with the Team.
Profil recherché
If you recognize yourself in the following description, don’t hesitate to apply!- You hold a Master’s Degree in Engineering, with an Industrial or Chemistry specialization
- You have a first experience in the automotive industry
- You are familiar with some quality tools linked to the automotive industry (8D report for complaint response, control plan, risk analyses such as Process FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) , PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation…)
- You had a first exposure to Quality activities, or an experience in a lab environment
- You are field oriented, autonomous and can easily adapt to a changing environment
- You’re recognized for your communication skills (ability to adapt to various stakeholders, lead meetings…)
- You can easily communicate in both French and English languages
- You’re comfortable with Microsoft Access, Excel and ideally some PM software
