CELLforCure Les Ulis est l'activité de Seqens spécialisée dans le développement et la production de thérapies cellulaires et géniques et témoigne d'une expertise française et d'un savoir-faire reconnu dans le monde entier.
Depuis 2010, nos collaborateurs dédiés aux développements, productions et services GMP évoluent sur 10.000m2 de surface industrielle dont 2.200m2 de production GMP.
La plateforme CELLforCURE est la première installation modulaire en Europe permettant la production industrielle (commerciale) à grande échelle de thérapies cellulaires et géniques.

L'histoire de Seqens commence en 2003 dans le bassin lyonnais. Depuis, le groupe n'a cessé de croître pour devenir un acteur mondial majeur des solutions pharmaceutiques et des ingrédients de spécialité. Nous proposons à nos clients des services de fabrication à façon ainsi qu'un large portefeuille de principes actifs et d'intermédiaires pharmaceutiques.

Missions

Implement and adapt to a changing environment the CELLforCURE commercialization strategy according to financial targets;

Lead the scientific affairs, BD and marketing tactical plan execution and the associated team:

  • Establish and track clear sales targets and KPIs, monitor performance, provide guidance and support to achieve goals.
  • Strive for talent management ensuring associate motivation, performance and professional development. Build strong career retention and succession plans.

Lead the Business Development / sales management activities:

  • Develop and refine sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets while defining clear and measurable sales objectives, creating, and implementing incentive programs to drive performance, engagement, and continuous improvement across the sales team.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key customers and prospects, proactively identifying ways to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • As the voice of customers at the Leadership Team level, Generate and present comprehensive sales and performance analyses, offering actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Lead BD individual action plan, CRM set up and management for prospection efficiency, drives SFE.
Analyze R&D market trends and competitors:
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape in the ATMP CDMO landscape
  • Leverage data analytics and market research to inform strategic decision-making and optimize customer traction
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and licensing deals in the CDMO field
  • Investigate opportunities to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s product and service offerings
Strengthen customer journey and foster customer relationships:
  • Improve B2B customer experience within CELLforCURE from first contact to handover to the project Team.
  • Fine tune contractualization toolbox (NDA, NBO, LOI, RFP, MSA…) in collaboration with the cross-functional organization.
  • Supervise, support and finally endorse customer offer design and release
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by implementing feedback mechanisms.

Contexte du poste :

As part of the expansion of CELLforCURE activities, CELLforCURE is looking for its new Director for Sales, Marketing & Scientific Affairs, responsible for the implementation of the CELLforCURE commercialization plan leading CELLforCURE to become a sustainable and profitable Advanced Therapy Medicinal Product (ATMP) CDMO.

Profil recherché

  • Master’s degree in science, business or marketing
  • A scientific background in the biotech sector is clearly a plus as well as at least one first experience in Cell & Gene therapies
  • A minimum of 7-10 years of experience including at least one commercial leadership role in the biotech/bioproduction/pharma industry. Marketing experience is a plus
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth within a sales force organization
  • Tight alignment with company values: entrepreneurship, unity, customer focus, tenacity agility & reactivity
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and with internal and external partners
