Poste et missions :
Appartenant à l'entité française mais évoluant à Prague, vous assurerez le suivi et la résolution des incidents clients en provenance des usines Stellantis (fusion PSA & FCA) et de Renault sur une gamme de produits navigation, connectivité et afficheurs.
- Improve Quality requirements while driving root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions on 0km incident by involving and conducting other support functions (Production Quality, Supplier Quality, RnD, Project…) .
- Ensure Customer satisfaction in being the interface between Stellantis (PSA & FCA) , Renault and Continental with regular reporting to the customer plants and customer Management.
- Facilitate communication with Stellantis and Renault customer especially with French speaking facilities.
- Interface between Czech production plant and other entities spread mostly in France, Romania and Singapour.
- Manage and keep updated data information system
Profil recherché
- English mandatory
- Spanish and Czech (not mandatory, good to have)
- Generalist, affection for electronics and software
- Curious and pragmatic, able to challenge explanations from experts
- Communication skills, oral expression
- Leadership and autonomy
- Basic knowledge on Problem Solving Methodologies (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa…)
- Automotive experience willl be a plus
- Knowledge about Large Series Electronical Manufacturing (nice to have)
- Ability to travel
