Missions

• ensuring the coordination and overall management (functional, human, financial, technical, and administrative) of several projects and support activities.
• managing operational activities in accordance with current rules and procedures.

• Optimizing the organization of allocated resources in line with the perimeter priorities
• Coordinating the operating methods and resources (internal or external) to be implemented within the department to achieve the objectives of their scope in connection with the IT manager
• Ensuring that the definition of needs is consistent with the existing, both technically and functionally, and that business needs are consistent with the company's IT strategy
• Ensuring compliance with commitments (cost/quality/deadline) for projects
• Managing projects
• Reporting regularly on the progress of projects to the IT manager
• Managing the operational governance of the applications, technical committees, and steering committees
• Defining and managing application support in accordance with service level agreements of the applications
• Controlling the performance concerning service level agreements and agreed key performance indicators and take measures to resolve issues
• Ensuring the establishment and maintenance of relationships with users, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that services of the applications are provided collaboratively and effectively
• Developping and implementing strategies to improve user satisfaction.
• Ensuring that service delivery processes and practices comply with current regulations, standards, and practices.
• Ensuring compliance with the group's cybersecurity policy in the context of projects
• Informing the IT manager of work progress, malfunctions, and encountered problems.

• Able to navigate in IT & Business organizations, able to understand & design business processes
• Good knowledge in project management
• General knowledge of information systems
• In-depth knowledge of application solutions in their sector
• High Proficiency in English
