Missions
We are looking for a V.I.E. within the local DFIN departments of Société Générale Brussels & Société Générale Amsterdam, based in Brussels.
We are looking for a V.I.E. within the local DFIN departments of Société Générale Brussels & Société Générale Amsterdam, based in Brussels.
The roles of local DFIN departments mainly consist in:
- ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the Accounting Reporting (to the Group and to the Local Regulator)
- supervising the tasks off-shored to the SG group's shared services centers (in Romania and India)
- being responsible, with technical support of SEGL/FIS, of all tax matters and relationship with Tax Authorities
- managing relations with the statutory auditors for their particular scope of activity and with local supervisory authorities concerning local regulatory and financial reporting
- supporting development initiatives concerning the activities
Throughout the mission the V.I.E. Accounting Officer will:
- assist the off-shored Account Payable team with the booking of the suppliers' invoices (VAT treatment, Analytical Classification) and implementation of new accounts payable validation workflows
- support the VAT & WHT returns preparation & filling and preparation of the Transfer pricing annual reports
- improve the analytical review of the entity by Business units
- assist the local CFO and the teams with any new projects

Profil recherché
- Graduate with a Master degree from Business/Engineering School or University with a specialization in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
- A previous experience in finance would be appreciated
- Fluent in English (B2-C1)
- Proficient/Good command of MS Office
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Well organized, rigorous, autonomous and resilient
- Motivated to collaborate with local & international teams (India, Romania, France)
