Missions

• providing various analyses to support business stakeholders in the monitoring and steering of the portfolio;
• developing datasets and creating automatic reportings to be shared with the entire underwriting community;
• improving the existing renewals processes in the spirit of transformation & simplification (T&S) .

• Contribute to the preparation of the weekly renewal figures and various analyses for P&C management.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Head of market/region, CUOs, Underwriters) to understand their needs, to deliver customized solutions and to promote data-literacy in underwriting.
• Contribute to the development of the business metrics for portfolio steering and participate to their implementation into the various reporting tools.
• Take part of the development of the renewal monitoring for SCOR Business Solutions portfolio.
• Develop solutions for data-driven business insights and advanced analytics, and support automatization initiatives in P&C.
• Gradually embed Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques in SCOR day to day underwriting analytics.
• Work on development and code maintenance of the various renewal datasets and workflows in Databricks using Python (PySpark) and R.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the existing reporting tools developed in RShiny and Tableau.
• Work closely with DDPO and T&D teams to integrate data sources and ensure data quality.

Profil recherché

• 0 to 5 years of experiences in (re) insurance or data analytics fields
• Sound working knowledge with R (including RShiny) or Python (including PySpark) and data engineering and visualization packages.
• Experiences with data science projects
• Good understanding of data models and designs, developing and executing SQL scripts on complex data models.
• Excellent technical capabilities in statistical programming and understanding of non-life actuarial concepts.
• Experience in P&C Reinsurance is a plus.
• Experience in applying data science technologies in business is an asset.
