Présentation de la société :Arkema Germany is seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Specialist to join our Günzburg Plant, alongside the Plant Controller. This position offers the perfect blend of responsibility, innovation, and professional growth.
Poste et missions :
As a VIE, you will be responsible for various missions such as:
- Month-end and year-end closing: preparing and posting journal entries, reconciling accounts, analyzing variances, and reporting results,
- Costs controlling: monitoring and controlling the plant's operational and fixed costs, identifying and implementing cost reduction initiatives, and providing relevant KPIs and dashboards,
- Administration tasks: supporting the plant controller in budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis, as well as ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements.
Profil recherché
You justify of- a master’s degree in business administration with a focus on Controlling/Accounting or equivalent education,
- Preferably experience in controlling within a manufacturing company/plant,
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous working style,
- Ease in Excel and SAP usage ideally,
- Excellent English skills, and ideally German skills.
