The main role
- As a Maintenance Electrical Engineer you are responsible for developing/optimizing maintenance plans and leading maintenance projects and improvement team,
- You support the operational teams with complex issues by using data analysis and professional knowledge, this is done using the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology.
- The focus is in the field of automation/control and energy technology,
- You participate in and lead project teams that work on more complex problems and you are the initiator of WCM improvement teams (TPM, Kaizens) ,
- You have knowledge in the field of control technology such as programming PLC (S7 and TIA portal) and adjusting control circuits,
- In addition to technical optimization and improvements, you are also an initiator to realize work processes and organizational improvements,
- You also work together with colleagues in the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) improvement and implementation teams.
Profil recherché
- Master’s degree in materials science, or in mechanical or industrial engineering; knowledge of plastics processes appreciated,
- You have experience in electrical maintenance management,
- You have a pragmatic attitude that you combine with creative solutions,
- You have an enthusiastic, positive attitude and growth potential,
- You have an affinity with the process industry and solution oriented,
- You have a flexible and are a good communicator
