SUEZ relies on expertise developed since the end of the 19th century in water, wastewater treatment, waste collection and recycling, to help people constantly improve their quality of life by protecting their health and supporting economic growth. Suez has a global presence with 40, 000 employees worldwide. €7.5 billion in sales and 66 million people served by drinking water plants; 3.1 TWh of renewable energy produced; 4.2 million tonnes of CO2 avoided for the Group's customers; 2 million tonnes of secondary raw materials produced.As part of its development in Africa, Suez has a new project in Angola which will start in June 2024, PROAGUA project consists of helping the Luanda water company (EPAL) to provide a better quality service to its customers, while improving its technical performance and economic.
The project will be executed by a consortium formed by MITRELLI and SUEZ INTERNATIONAL. The project is structured into pillars: Production, Distribution, Customer Management and Transfer of Know-How. The resources made available to EPAL will be new works, rehabilitation works, services, expertise, transfer of know-how and training. This project can be considered as a first step in a more global transformation plan which will transform EPAL into a benchmark company for Angola and southern Africa.
We are looking to hire a VIE for the following mission:
As part of the PROAGUA contract, you will be responsible for supporting know-how transfer and training activities, as well as project planning and reporting.
YOUR MISSIONS:
- You will collect know-how transfer materials from the appropriate SUEZ entities and organize their adaptation to the EPAL company context and their translation.
- You will assist the training coordinator in reporting on his activities.
- You will participate in the planning of contract activities for its 3 pillars: Production, Distribution, Customers.
- You will set up activity reporting, in liaison with the Suez experts working in these fields, the customer and the partner.
- You will prepare reports and presentations for SUEZ management and the consortium's contract monitoring committee.
- You ensure that planned actions are carried out according to schedule, and help experts take corrective action when actions are behind schedule.
- You participate in the preparation of invoicing elements for works and services carried out by SUEZ, in collaboration with the contract's Administrative and Financial Manager.
- You will participate in communication actions on the progress of the contract, alongside our partner OWINI and local stakeholders: EPAL, Ministry of Energy and Water, other entities.
Profil recherché
- You have an engineering degree
- You have completed an internship abroad.
- You have a good command of French, (C1) English and (B2) Portuguese.
- You are familiar with the Microsoft Office package and planning tools.
- You have a general knowledge of the water industry.
- You have good writing skills.
- You have the ability to analyze and summarize.
- You are able to work in a multicultural team.
- You have excellent communication skills.
