Job Description
This role will focus on strategy support for the US West region as a whole.
The PMO/strategic initiatives support role will consist in supporting the West region General Manager in implementing strategic initiatives for the region. This would include digitalization of our business, strengthening our strategic plan to address our immediate and future customers' needs around water reuse, PFAS, micropollutants, complex wastewater treatment, … or long term staffing plan. This is an incredible opportunity to be an actor at the centre of the ecological transformation, in a very dynamic region. This role will give a broad exposure to the whole business and to the company leadership team. The successful candidate will have a good analytical mindset, communications and presentation skills and be able to work autonomously. The typical tasks required by this role will involve but not only:
Putting in place a competitive intelligence report on key topics of growth for the region
Establishing a strategic plan for key growth area topics, with target and contact identification
Supporting West region town halls preparation
Helping to defining a plan for the digitization of our West region business and lead the implementation of the identified action in the region
Supporting the implementation of a campus recruitment strategy for the region
Supporting the roll out of our Sustainability initiatives in the region
Other tasks as assigned by the manager
Profil recherché
Master in Business or Engineering from a top accredited business school, engineering school or universityMinimum of 2 years of water or wastewater treatment experience or industry experience
Fluent in English
